settling in

Today I’m sitting in one of my favorite spots, in one of my favorite coffee shops in Seattle. Some days I really can’t get over how much I love this city and my life here. Today, sitting my little corner, in a chair that forms just perfectly to the curves in my back despite upon first appearance looking as though it’s one of those contemporary chair designs more for aesthetic purposes than practical things, today, I remember why I love Seattle. It is, like my chair, fitting me much better than I anticipated.
